Tamar in the village delivers its products to customers' homes. So are gifts and gift packages.
We try to adjust the delivery so that it arrives in the best and safest way.
Sometimes we have to replace and change the appearance of the packaging, gifts and boxes in order to deliver the shipment safely. And all this without damaging the contents of the boxes and products.

Settings:

1. "The Company" - refers to the partnership "Tamar Bekfar" PO Box 557616430, at the address of Mosheva Kinneret 1510500.
2. "The customer" - any person or company or on their behalf or both together that performs any action or actions on the "Tamar Bekfar" website associated with the domain: https://tamarbakfar.co.il.
3. "Products" or "product" - details that are in the inventory of the physical store. 
4. "Box" or "Boxes" - a collection of products including gift packages or gift baskets displayed on the website by image, detail and price. 
5. "Food products" or "food product" - edible products including dates, spreads, oils, spices, infusions, delicacies, honey, tahini, sweets, drinks, herbs, medicinal plants, sauces, snacks or any product defined by law as a food product that is not found in the list detailed above.
6. "Weighed products" - items whose price is determined by the weight value of that item, including spices, infusions, medicinal plants, dates and seasonal fruits or any product that does not appear in the above list and whose price is determined by weight unit.
7. "Internet store" - the interface on the website where products can be purchased.
8.  The "Tamar Bekfar" website is a website served to our customers and below are the website regulations - please read carefully. These regulations may change from time to time, as there may be changes.
   Use of the "Tamar Bakfar" website, which is subject to the "Tamar Bakfar" partnership (hereinafter "the Company"), constitutes unconditional agreement to the terms of this Agreement and to the terms of all regulations associated with the "Tamar Bakfar" partnership, including the Company's lottery regulations.

Any user who performs any action on the website, including a purchase (hereinafter "the customer"), declares in the act of doing so on the website that he agrees to the terms of use detailed in these regulations and the content of the website, including the purchase process through the website, and that he or anyone on his behalf or both will not have any claim or claim Against "Tamar Bekfar" or the partnership owners that make up the company, or any of its employees or companies related to it or all of them together. Except for claims related to an explicit commitment of the company according to these regulations.
12.  The service provided by the company is granted within the borders of the State of Israel, the availability of shipments will be subject to the availability of the shipping companies chosen by the company. The customer knew that the shipping time could be delayed for any reason, including loss of the shipment.
    The company will not be obliged to notify of a delay in delivery. The basic delivery time is up to 14 business days and may change depending on the different shipping options.
13.  It is possible that the purchase of a product or products on the website will be canceled or delayed, since the purchase on the website depends on the inventory of the products at the "Tamar Bekfar" store whose address is in Moshava Kinneret 1510500.
14. The product names will appear on the website in reference to the products or the cases or both. The names of the products are the product of the company's imagination and they do not reflect the entire item or the product or the package or all three on the contents or the purpose of this or that product or package.
15. The photos on the website are for illustration purposes only. The customer knew that the products may change from time to time, since the products depend on the manufacturing companies with which the company chooses to work, since the products are changed by those companies. And the customer or anyone on his behalf or both will not have any claim or claim against "Tamar in the Village" for one or another change in a particular product, including a change in the software of gift boxes or gift baskets or packages or any of them displayed on the website.  
16. The products on the site are shown by a picture and a detail describing the picture, Tamar in Kfar reserves the exclusive right to change from time to time or to remove the picture or the detail, without warning or notification or both. It will be clarified that the "detail on the picture" presumption and that the picture is only an illustration to describe the nature of the product or products or the case or any of them.
17. The purchase of intoxicating drinks is only allowed to customers who are over 18 years old.
18. The price of the products or the boxes or both will appear on the website in reference to the desired item. Tamar in the village reserves the right to change or update or both all the prices on the website without any notification or notification or both. And the customer or anyone on his behalf or both will not have any claim or claim against "Tamar in the Village" for one or another change in prices on the website.
19. The prices displayed on the website may differ from the prices in the "Tamar Bekfar" store located in Moshava Kinneret. So are the promotions. And the customer or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim or claim for a difference in the price or sale of any product of this kind or another.
20. It will not be possible to buy on the site with coupons or shopping vouchers or discounts of any kind or all three.
21. Products that appear at a sale price will be delivered at the sale price that appears on the website at the time of purchase. The company reserves the right to cancel or change any offer appearing on the website.
22. Shipping prices will appear on the website. Tamar in the village reserves the exclusive right to change the shipping rates from time to time and without any notification or warning.
23. Product prices include value added tax (VAT).
24. A purchase on the website constitutes a transaction as defined by law.
25. "Tamar Bekfar" reserves the exclusive right to change the regulations from time to time at its discretion, without the need to give any notice or advance notice or both. The customer will have no claims against "Tamar Bekfar" for the above.
26. "Tamar in the Village" reserves the exclusive right to stop sales activities on the website or any other internet interface. And all this without the need to give an alert or advance notice or both.
27. The content of the site and these regulations are worded in the masculine language for convenience only. The reference is to both genders. Wherever the content of the site or the regulations or both are formulated in the language of the hand, the reference is to the singular or to the plural as the case may be.
28.  "Tamar Bekfar" is not committed, in any way, to any variety of products or packages or both. The company reserves the right to replace or change or remove or all three of the products or boxes that appear on the website.
29. The way the products are presented will be determined by the company. 
30. On the Tamar site in Kfar, food products are sold both as products and as packages. A food product is a product that is sensitive to temperature or shaking or the way it is stored. The customer knew that the food products were shipped from the company's hands in a proper condition adapted to the customer. In the event of a problem, the company or one of its employees must immediately report any malfunction of the product. 
31. The customer will be entitled to purchase a "out of stock" product on the website. It should be noted that a product or a package or both characterized by the status "out of stock" or any similar term characterizes a product that is not in the company's possession and the company cannot provide it. In this case, the customer will not be charged for the aforementioned product. The company will recommend replacements if the customer requests it. If contact is not made with the customer, "Tamar Bekfar" will be entitled to provide replacements for the missing products at its discretion, even if the price of the replacement product will be different from the price of the ordered product. In this case, the customer will have the option of returning the replacement product if he is not satisfied and the customer will be credited with the full price of the returned products.
32. Despite the above, there is no return of food products as written in the law.
33. In accordance with the law and the consumer protection regulations, the store's policy is not to accept a return, canceled a transaction in the purchase of food products and lost goods such as: wine, food, spices, juices, olive oil, delicacies, infusions, chocolates, etc.
34. The customer must check the contents of the shipment upon receipt and make a comparison with both the order and the invoice that will be given to him.
35. In cases where it is discovered that the products do not match the customer's order following the aforementioned inspection or in the case of dissatisfaction on the part of the customer regarding the products supplied, the customer must inform the store employees of this within 24 hours after the delivery date.
36.  Customer billing for weighed products will be according to the actual weight of the products. It will be explained that when the order is placed, the estimate of the value of the order delivered to the customer is based on an estimate of the weight of the weighed products ordered, but the actual charge will be made based on the weighing of the products close to their delivery to the customer.
37. Adding individual products or loading a list of products will create the shopping basket that the customer wishes to purchase from the variety of products on the site.
38. The purchase will be completed after filling in all the required details and paying for the total selected basket of products. 
39. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer according to the details that are required to be filled in the purchase form. 
40. Products that are not in stock will be deducted from the order and a monetary credit will be issued to the orderer.
41. The delivery of the products will be possible subject to transaction approval.
42. In case of a change in the order or an update of the product basket, the prices, promotions and benefits in the order will be updated.
43. No double discounts. 
44. "Tamar Bekfar" will be entitled to cancel an order provided that it notifies the customer two hours or more before the delivery date.
45. In addition to what was said above, the customer will be entitled to cancel the purchase of products other than these: food products, products made especially for the customer's order, products that are not in their original packaging, products whose packaging has been torn or opened. Cancellation of the deal will be done by contacting the store employees at 04-6709954 and during business hours.
46. "Tamar in the Village" reserves the exclusive right not to allow a customer to purchase on the site or to cancel a customer's purchase or both. And all this without the need to provide any reasons for making the aforementioned decision.
47. It is clarified that the purchase option on the "Tamar in the Village" website does not constitute an irresponsible offer to sell products. Acceptance of an order from the customer to purchase the products will constitute an offer by the customer to purchase them and the acceptance of the offer will be carried out through the actual delivery of the products, subject to the existing inventory at the time of delivery and in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
48. Payment for purchases on the website will be made using a credit card that belongs to the ordering customer and whose identity details match the data entered on the customer details page to make the purchase. If the customer chooses to use another credit card, he will enter all the details as required on the website, and the details of this card will be saved together with the existing card details on the website.
49. Notwithstanding the above, Tamar in the Village reserves the right to determine certain other payment arrangements for customers that it chooses at its sole discretion, including arrangements for payment by means other than a credit card.
50. Purchases on the website will be possible at all hours of the day, except in cases where there is a shutdown of the website or the "online store" or any other malfunction or all three. Tamar in the village reserves the exclusive right to disable the purchase system on the website without giving any notice or notification or both.
51. If the customer makes a purchase beyond the company's operating hours, the purchase date will be moved to the following operating day. And the delivery date will be calculated starting from the following business day. 
52. The shipping of the case or the package or any shipment intended for the customer will be sent by a shipping company or someone on behalf of the company and its delivery will depend on the shipping company that performs it. Despite this, the delivery of the products to the customer will not exceed 14 business days without notice from the company representative to the ordering customer.

    Friday - 9:00-17:00
    
54. There may be changes in the operating hours due to holiday eves, holidays, election days, days of mourning or any time different from normal days. 
55. Tamar Bakfar's customer club is a customer club in the physical store only, and registration constitutes agreement to the company's terms.
56. Members of the "Tamar Bakfar" club will enjoy a variety of discounts, promotions and points as offered to club members.
57. Registration for the club is accompanied by registration of customer details.
58. The company will not use the information received by customers other than for registration purposes to access the club's information.
59. The company reserves the right to cancel or change discounts and/or promotions and/or deduct points and/or cancel points without prior notice. The company also reserves the right to cancel a club without prior notice.
