p>The 2013 Yarden Rom displays attractive aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with pleasing notes of orange peel, dark chocolate, dried flowers, aniseed, cocoa, smoke and earth. This rich yet elegant blended wine presents full body and a long finish.

Though ready to enjoy now, Yarden Rom will continue to improve in the bottle over a number of years, and will remain in great drinking condition for a decade or more from harvest. This festive wine pairs wonderfully with full-flavored meat dishes such as slow-braised lamb shanks, rosemary and pepper beef rib roast, or a hearty cassoulet.
