The sauce should be oily (olive oil and canola oil) and sour (better sour than vinegar and not lemon, but it is also possible to season with a little lemon juice). The sauce accompanies the variety of meats, roasted vegetables, sandwiches and chips.
It is recommended to keep spices refrigerated.
Contains: dry oregano (Israeli), dry thyme/thyme, coriander seeds, dry chopped parsley, ground black pepper, fried garlic and spices.
Without monosodium glutamate and salt.
The meat can be seasoned with the sauce or served alongside it.

Recipe for baked potatoes in chimichurri sauce
A unique and different recipe. Different use of the sauce intended for meat.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of small white or yellow potatoes
To prepare the sauce (marinade):
- 5 tablespoons dry chimichurri mixture
- 5 tablespoons of picuel or korneiki olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Atlantic sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
preparation method :
- Prepare the sauce in a bowl by mixing all the ingredients.
- Cut the potatoes in half, wash and cut in half.
- Mix the potatoes with the sauce and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Put the mold in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
- Increase the oven temperature to maximum and switch to turbo grill mode for another 10 minutes.
