Our unique Galilean za'atar blend contains zaatar (moss leaves) from the Cabracoli variety, which is characterized by a strong and special aroma.
The common moss (Origanum syriacum) is sometimes called za'atar - it is the main ingredient in the zaatar mixture, when the other ingredients are added to it, usually sumac ("tanner's egg"), salt, olive oil and toasted sesame seeds.
The za'atar mixture is a very popular mixture in the Middle East. The plant whose scent carries from afar, is rich in essential oils and has a unique and deep taste.
In our Galilean za'atar mixture, we use a unique variety of moss (cabracoli moss) that gives a unique aroma and a more delicate taste.
It is recommended to use za'atar as a dip with quality olive oil, to season cheeses and pastries or as a nice addition to toasts and salads.
It is not recommended for cooking, but for seasoning as is.

Refund Policy

If there is an error in the delivery of products in the order, the customer will contact the store representative as soon as possible in order to notify of an error in the delivery.
For any problem, contact the store representative in a reasonable amount of time, which does not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery.
