The Persian lemon is actually a type of lime or dried dwarf lemon. The dried lemon fruit is a small and aromatic variety identified and used in Persian cuisine for infusions, soups, sauces, meats and more. Lemon has a special sour and lemony taste. The difference between the white and black Persian lemon is in their drying method. White Persian lemon - dried in the free air and in heating ovens, black Persian lemon - dried in heating pots in a slow process similar to the creation of charcoal.
Culinary uses
The Persian lemon is used in the kitchen for soups, casseroles and more. Mainly known for recipes of Cuban soups, pickled green dishes (Rorma Sabzi), rice with potatoes and more.
Additional uses
The lemon contains a large amount of vitamin C even when dry (in the peel)
How to use
Take a lemon, make a hole in it with your toe and throw it into a cup of tea or soup or any sauce that is cooking (gives a sour taste...).

Refund Policy
There is no refund of food/beverage products.
If there is an error in the delivery of products in the order, the customer will contact the store representative as soon as possible in order to notify of an error in the delivery.
For any problem, contact the store representative in a reasonable amount of time, which does not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery.
