Shipments
We ship our products all over the country.
We will work to deliver the order as quickly as possible and up to about 10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and unusual loads.
If there are any deficiencies, we will contact the customer in order to complete the order according to the customer's wishes.
There is a possibility to receive the shipment toclose point to the customer's address for NIS 19.90.
Home delivery:
- In Kenya up to 150 NIS - 39.90 NIS
- When buying over 150 NIS - 35 NIS
- For purchases over NIS 390 - free.
- Delivery over 20 kg will be charged an additional cost
Refund Policy
There is no refund of food/beverage products.
If there is an error in the delivery of products in the order, the customer will contact the store representative as soon as possible in order to notify of an error in the delivery.
For any problem, contact the store representative in a reasonable amount of time, which does not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery.
