Ratios for hot brew:
2 teaspoons of infusion to one cup of boiling water. You can also add some mint leaves for a refreshing ending.

Cold brew for summer:
Prepare a hot brew in a large pitcher. At a ratio of 5-6 tablespoons of fruit mixture to a 1 liter jug of boiling water. Mix well and let cool slightly (10 minutes). Then put in the freezer. When the solution freezes a little, really almost hail. Take it out and pour into tall glasses. It is recommended to add a small segment of lemon. The spiciness of the ginger is great in the combination of the sweetness of the pear and the apple. It is extremely important to pour into glasses with the fruit. Serve with a colored straw and a long spoon (for eating the fruit).
