Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Nadav Vineyard
₪249
750 ml - dry red wine. 14% alcohol
Blend – 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Petit Verdot.
Nadav Vineyard is located in the Dalton Heights, 2 km east of the Dalton Winery as the crow flies. The vineyard sits on a basaltic plain, and the soil is heavy and rich, similar in composition to the growing areas in the northern Golan Heights. The vineyard was planted in 2011 adjacent to the Birkat Kesh Nature Reserve, which is located at the entrance to the vineyard.
The wine is purple in color and very powerful in tone. Subtle aromas of tobacco, black plum, cherries and a very delicate florality that is best felt in the sip. The wine is soft and mineral, with tannins that will allow the wine to mature for you for the next decade and a half.

Details about the product
The Single Vineyard series distills within itself the uniqueness of a particular land, its landscape, and the climatic conditions that shape them. Kerem Nadav is located near the Admon Nature Reserve. Rich, rocky basalt soil sends a warmth to the vines. The two varieties in the vineyard – Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot – grow together, ferment together, and produce a uniform, tight body.
