"Derech Eretz Cabernet Sauvignon" wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Lower Galilee.
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness, and the wine undergoes controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is characterized by a deep red hue and rich aromas of black cherry and plum.
On the palate, it displays a fruity, youthful and fresh character with good balance, easy to drink and enjoyable.
"Derech Eretz Cabernet Sauvignon" is suitable for accompanying meat dishes such as beef, lamb and chicken, and goes well with hard cheeses. The wine is kosher and comes in a 750 ml bottle.
