The honey is not heated and is free of any added artificial sugar.
The different honeying seasons make it possible to produce pure honey several times a year. The different types of honey are determined according to the layout of the beehives in orchards, plantations and different wild and pasture areas. For example, beehives placed in avocado groves, or in eucalyptus groves will produce different honey from each other and so will the seasons. Wild beehives in open areas will produce different honey whether it is in spring or summer.
When choosing honey, it is important to consider your personal taste. For example, eucalyptus honey will suit honey lovers but who like a more refined sweetness. Or avocado honey which is more aggressive will suit the sweet lovers.
