Our dates
In our date department, you can find northern date varieties that grow in the plantations of the Kinneret colony and in the Menachemiya area (the Jordan Valley), as well as some southern varieties such as the Noor palm from the Arabah and the dry Majhol from the Valley and the Arabah.

At our Shneidman farm located in the Kinneret settlement, the dates are grown with great love.
Farming in our land, we have been farmers in the Kinneret settlement for more than a hundred years.
We started growing dates many years ago and now our date plantation is a star in the landscape of the colony that kisses the Sea of Galilee.
Our date plantations include:
Khaiani date - moist dates are also called light dates or black dates. The dates turn red and go into freezing, after 30 days they turn their color to shiny black. This variety is a variety with a significantly lower sugar level compared to the other dates, about 60% less sugar than the other dates.
Ameri date - a great dry date, extra large, fibrous and less sweet.
Halavi date - a date with a particularly refined sweetness, soft and wonderful.
Haderavi date - round and plump, sweet and juicy, tastes very similar to Majhol. Sometimes called a small Majhol or mini Majhol.
Darhi date - a semi-dry black date with a special sweetness.
Barhi date - a yellow date, grown at the beginning of the year and can be found between September and October. You can also put it in the freezer for ripening.
Zahidi date - semi-dry round date, with a unique taste reminiscent of caramel toffee.
In addition to these varieties, you can find with us the king of dates - a juicy Majhol date (Bonobon)
The date called the "Bonbon date" grows in the area next to us, in the Menachemiya settlement, its cultivation is not simple but the result is dreamy.
Of course, you can find Majhol Large from the Arabah and Bekaa and Dekal Nur dates from the Arabah.
It is highly recommended to keep the dates in the freezer.
